Job requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior QA role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development environments.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Experience with API testing tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Basic proficiency in programming or scripting languages used for automation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Job description:
- Lead and mentor QA engineers while actively participating in testing activities.
- Define and implement QA strategies, testing standards, and quality processes.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.
- Oversee manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage through regression, integration, and API testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
- Improve test automation coverage and testing workflows.
- Monitor product quality metrics and continuously improve QA practices.
