  • Resolving or escalating impediments to team performance
  • Serving as main point of contact for the team and facilitating communication and coordination
  • Defining and communicating team responsibilities with delegation
  • Splitting time between technical leadership activities and technical work
  • Strong technical background in QA automation and processes
  • Technical proficiency with Selenium-Java, Rest-assured, Appium, TestNG/Junit, CI/CD, TestRail
  • Experience in designing architectural QA automation frameworks for mobile apps
  • Experience and passion for coaching and mentoring people
  • Knowledge and experience with modern agile software development practices and CI/CD
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with focus on execution and delivery
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Experience delivering software as an Agile Lead / Scrum Master / Manager in a technically complex environment
  • Working experience with geographically distributed teams
  • Prior experience in the gaming industry
