QA Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA systems, procedures, standards, specifications, and testing parameters
- Develop and conduct Quality Assurance guidelines and standards
- Determine and establish standards of quality for products
- Follow up corrective action plans, perform risk analysis
- Experience in Power Electronics, Automation quality management
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Power Electronics with min. 5 years’ experience in management level
- Experience in Quality Management Programs (e.g. DQA, MQA, SQA, SQM)
- Familiar with IATF / ISO system (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
- Holder of CQE / CRE will be an advantage
- Excellent skills in written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Good communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel and work overseas
