QA Manager (Thailand)

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with a strong background in inductor product quality management to lead and oversee the quality management system at our manufacturing site in Thailand. The ideal candidate should possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and be able to work closely with teams across Taiwan, China, and Thailand.

【Qualifications & Requirements】
1. Proven hands-on experience in inductor product quality management is required
2. Strong background in quality management; leadership or team management experience is preferred
3. Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and related quality management systems
4. Experienced in customer complaint handling, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities
5. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Proficiency in Thai is a plus.
6. Willing to be based in Thailand and participate in training programs in China.
7. Able and willing to travel as required for business needs
8. Capable of leading and managing cross-cultural teams, including Thai team management experience.

【Education】
Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electromagnetics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other related fields preferred.

【Experience Requirements】
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management is mandatory
2. At least 2 years of team leadership or managerial experience preferred

【Skills & Expertise】
1. Proficient in quality tools and methodologies includes 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and QC 7 Tools, with the ability to independently lead problem-solving and CQI-20 improvement activities
2. Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems, including IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, with hands-on experience in implementation, maintenance, and audit management
3. Strong data analysis capability with the ability to drive quality improvement through trend analysis and data-driven decision-making
4. Familiar with internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits, including corrective action management and follow-up
Capable of conducting quality risk assessments and implementing preventive quality controls, including PFMEA and Control Plan development
5. Strong understanding of inductor product quality characteristics, including electrical performance, reliability, and manufacturing process risks.
