QA Manager – End-to-End Quality
$950–$975/day + GST | 12-Month Contract | Sydney | Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite

I’m working with a large organisation on a major digital transformation program, and we’re looking for an experienced QA Manager to take ownership of end-to-end quality across a complex mobile and digital ecosystem.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on mobile testing, covering customer-facing and employee applications across multiple devices, operating systems, screen sizes and network conditions.

You’ll also oversee integration testing, SIT, UAT, automation strategy and production readiness across multiple technology and business workstreams.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and develop the end-to-end test strategy across a large transformation program
• Lead mobile application testing across iOS/Android devices, OS versions, screen sizes and connectivity conditions
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, integration and end-to-end testing
• Define test governance, quality standards and release readiness criteria
• Drive the end-to-end test automation strategy
• Lead device validation and real-world/operational testing
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, vendors and senior business stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience leading QA/testing across large-scale digital transformation programs
• Excellent mobile testing experience across native applications and multiple device types
• Strong understanding of mobile quality including performance, usability, accessibility, connectivity and release management
• Experience leading SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing across complex environments
• Strong test automation and quality governance experience
• Confident stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with device testing, deployment validation and complex digital ecosystems
