QA Manual (Contract / Renew)

Project: POS
Work Location: On-site / Office 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements to prepare test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute manual testing to ensure system functionality meets requirements.

• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Identify, document, and track defects, including defect verification and retesting.

• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and project teams to investigate and resolve issues.

• Prepare test results and testing reports.

• Ensure testing activities are completed within the project timeline and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.

• Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work on-site at the office 5 days per week.

Nice to Have

• Experience in POS, Retail, E-commerce, or related systems.

• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
