Summary

Oversee pharmaceutical quality assurance in Singapore, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards by reviewing materials, batch records, and audits while managing deviations and CAPA processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOP management, document control, record maintenance, and training records.

  • Perform QA review and approval activities for incoming materials, batch records, repacking/redressing operations, and finished goods release.

  • Support operational QA activities, including export distribution, cold chain monitoring, temperature logger management, and returned goods evaluation.

  • Manage quality events such as deviations, change controls, CAPA, and product complaints in accordance with company procedures.

  • Support supplier monitoring, validation activities, internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.

  • Perform routine QA documentation, reporting, and administrative activities as assigned by the QA Manager.

  • Provide backup support for quality control activities when required.

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Life Science, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant industry experience will also be considered.

  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC or regulated industry. Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS is preferred. Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant quality experience and strong learning ability will also be considered.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Fast learner with a willingness to learn.

  • Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

  • Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

  • Experience in QA and quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001) will be an added advantage
