Job Summary

For our organization in Limburg, Germany, we are looking for new, motivated colleagues to join us at the earliest possible date in the following position: QA Process Engineer Coating (M/W/D)

What you will do

  • Analyze customer complaints and quality losses, identify root causes, and define, implement, and lead effective and sustainable corrective actions (owner/leader of corrective actions).
  • Take full ownership of production process KPIs, including planning, monitoring, control, and follow-up.
  • Execute the Daily Management System together with the production team, with the objective of identifying process deviations and eliminating losses.
  • Serve as a member of the Quality Maintenance Pillar.
  • Ensure the functionality and reliability of our inline defect control systems (Barrier Systems).
  • As an active member of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Pillar, prepare analyses and lead and implement quality improvement teams using WCM methodologies such as FMEA, 12-Step KAIZEN, and DMAIC.
  • Optimize, monitor, and ensure compliance with daily quality inspections in accordance with our standard requirements (G030) to support the development of a zero-loss system.
  • Prepare and conduct weekly quality meetings with shift teams.
  • Lead and implement global projects and standards.

We believe you have

  • To qualify for this position, you have completed or are about to complete a Master's degree, an Advanced Science degree, an Engineering degree, or an equivalent field of study. Experience related to automation is considered an advantage.
  • You possess a strong professional personality, with the ability to build and leverage networks effectively.
  • You enjoy solving problems and tackling challenges.
  • You are eager to apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world business and operational challenges.
  • You are performance-driven, results-oriented, and demonstrate a strong technical interest combined with excellent analytical skills. In addition, you are a communicative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
