QA/Process/Production Technician (Up to 3k, West) #HFT

QA

• Review GxP records and support batch release activities for Compounding, Filling & Packaging.

• Conduct quality walkdowns and ensure compliance with GMP, Quality Management System and safety requirements.

• Manage GxP documents, samples, MBRs, labels and LIMS activities.

• Support deviation, complaint and CAPA investigations, including data trending and process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality and operational matters.

Production

• Compound and dispense raw materials for fragrance, cosmetic and oral care products according to work orders.

• Operate dosing machines, weighing scales, pumps and other production equipment safely.

• Perform basic troubleshooting, cleaning, material transfer and packing activities.

• Maintain accurate production records, including yields and material usage.

• Follow PPE, SOPs and work instructions at all times.

Process

• Perform material receiving, staging, dispensing, sampling, charging, offloading, packing and milling activities.

• Handle and transfer raw materials/chemicals safely, including manual lifting and shifting.

• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure proper shift handover.

• Adhere to all SOPs, safety and quality requirements.
