Summary
The QA/QC professional inspects curtain wall and façade installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. They are responsible for preparing inspection reports, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing defect rectification on site.
Job Scope
* Inspect curtain wall and façade installation works.
* Check materials and workmanship on site.
* Ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
* Prepare inspection reports, checklists and QA/QC documents.
* Coordinate with site supervisors, workers and subcontractors.
* Check and follow up on defects and rectification works.
* Assist with site inspections and testing.
* Keep proper QA/QC records and documents.
Requirements
* Relevant construction experience is preferred.
* Experience in curtain wall, façade or building works will be an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site inspection.
* Able to communicate with site workers and supervisors.
* Responsible, careful and willing to learn.
