QA/QC Engineer – Data Centre Construction Project
Summary
A QA/QC engineer who manages quality assurance and control activities for a data centre construction project: reviewing drawings, specifications, and ITPs, conducting site inspections, coordinating testing and approvals, and handling NCRs and quality documentation. Core focus is construction quality standards and engineering project documentation.
Manage and implement quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the data centre construction project. Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities

Conduct site inspections and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with contractors, consultants, clients, and relevant project teams
Identify quality issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on non-conformities until closure
Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, NCRs, and other project quality documentation
About you
Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction or engineering projects
Experience in data centre construction projects is highly preferred
Good knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, ITPs, NCR management, and testing requirements
Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively on construction sites
Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage, especially for communication with Chinese-speaking project teams
