Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
● 2-3 years' experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing or assembly setting
● Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or other relevant quality certifications
● Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies
● Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance processes within manufacturing or assembly environments
● Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and techniques, including measurement devices and checklists
● Excellent attention to detail with a systematic approach to inspections and documentation
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement corrective actions
● Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with assembly personnel and management
● Familiarity with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
