Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the project's QA/QC system in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, surveyors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor fabrication, installation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in marine, offshore, or shipyard projects.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), welding inspections, and quality documentation.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
