QA/QC Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & FF&E

To make sure that our fit-out works and FFE supplies meet the approved drawings, specifications, client requirements and applicable Qatari standards. The role plans and controls quality from material approval through installation to handover. It aims to get work approved the first time, reduce rework and deliver projects with minimal snags.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture or Interior Design (a relevant engineering diploma with strong experience may be considered)

• [5–7] years of QA/QC experience in interior fit-out, with at least 3+ years in Qatar or the GCC

• Hands-on experience with ITPs, WIR/MIR processes, NCRs, snagging and handover documentation on commercial fit-out projects (office, hospitality, retail or similar)

• Good knowledge of fit-out materials and finishes, joinery, FFE installation and their interfaces with MEP work

• Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and consultant inspection procedures in Qatar

• ISO 9001 internal auditor or lead auditor certification is a plus

• Ability to read shop drawings; working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

• Valid Qatar driving license and transferable visa
