1. QA/QC ENGINEER - Mechanical
Qualification : Shall be a Graduate Engineer in relevant discipline. Alternative qualification may be accepted at the discretion of Company.
Shall be a Registered Lead Assessor with IRCA, RABQSA or equivalent. (Where equivalent is proposed, evidence of equivalence shall be provided).
Welding Inspection Qualification (CSWIP 3.1 or AWS- CWI) or equivalent ispreferred
Shall have at least ASNT –TC-1A level II in NDE qualification
Shall be a Registered Lead Assessor with IRCA, RABQSA or equivalent. (Where equivalent is proposed, evidence of equivalence shall be provided).
Welding Inspection Qualification (CSWIP 3.1 or AWS- CWI) or equivalent ispreferred
Shall have at least ASNT –TC-1A level II in NDE qualification
Expereince : Shall have minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in oil and gas projects.
Shall have a minimum of 2 years management experience in establishment, operation, and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with applicable international standard with the capability of developing and implementing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.
Shall have experience in quality management in projects covering design / engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
Shall have supervisory skills
Shall have technical knowledge of inspection and exposed to multi discipline works of oil and gas construction field.
Shall be familiar with relevant codes used in oil and gas industries.
Preferably familiar with practices such as Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) and Technical Integrity Verification (TIV).
Shall have a minimum of 2 years management experience in establishment, operation, and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with applicable international standard with the capability of developing and implementing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.

2. QCI MDI
Qualification:
Shall be HNC or HND or graduate or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Welding Engineering or Metallurgy or appropriate craft training and trade certificate
MDI shall possess CSWIP 3.1 I AWS for welding inspection or equivalent and certified to ASNT I EN 473 / PCN level II in RT, PT, MT and UT techniques.
BGas Painting Level 2 or equivalent / NACE Coating Inspector – Level 2 or equivalent
Shall be certified by any NACE International, CIP, BG or ASNT II or an equivalent
Experience : Shall have a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in inspection and QA/QC activities for oil & gas projects, involving fabrication and installation of pipelines, structural, tanks, piping and fittings for various piping class systems from piping class #150 thru #1500 systems.
PAINTING/COATING Knowledge
3. QCI WELDING
Qualification: HNC or HND or Diploma or graduate or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, or welding Engineering or Metallurgy
CSWIP 3.1 / AWS or equivalent and certified to ASNT /EN473/ PCN level II in RT, PT, MT and UT techniques.Experience :
Minimum 6 years (HNC/HND) experience in inspection & testing of Pipeline, piping, manifold, valves, General Skids & static equipment. Familiar with incoming inspection, Welding procedure qualification of different materials . 2 year minimum experience in oil & gas construction.
4. QCI CIVIL
Qualification: Shall be HNC or HND or graduate or equivalent in Civil Engineering or other technical discipline.
Experience : Shall have a minimum of 4 years of Quality control & inspection experience in construction activities (civil & structural). The experience shall include works involving soil excavation & earth works , concrete works , block works , structural steel works & roofing , roads &paving , tank pads , bunds & other general activities assciated with civil & building works.
Shall be troroughly familiar with civil construction materials & construction methods , testing of civil construction materials , interrational codes & standard for civil design .
