QA/QC ENGINEER
NMDC Group QA/QC ENGINEER
- Assist to Prepare project specific plans and procedures for review and approval by senior colleagues in line with project quality requirements.
- Ensures that only project quality procedures and applicable standards and specifications are available at the job location.
- Coordinates with field inspection and construction teams to ensure project quality control systems and plans are applied.
- Ensures collation and logging of daily QC data on QA/QC dashboard.
- Follows up with field inspection team to ensure timely resolution of nonconformities and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Monitors the inspection activities, ensuring daily work activities are carried out within project timeframes and according to set standards. Reviews and follows-up non-conformance identified during inspections.
- Ensures proper documentation of QC inspection activities is progressively produced and compiled to always reflect inspection and test status.
