QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site and fabrication inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), QA/QC procedures, and inspection plans.
• Inspect materials, fabrication works, and project deliverables to identify defects and non-conformities.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project schedules.
• Review contractor and supplier submissions to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, audit plans, and technical documentation.
• Monitor quality performance, report non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate Trade Demo/Mock-up activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review and customise IMS forms for the Novade platform, coordinating with HQ QA/QC teams on implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality management systems and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Quality Assurance Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Familiarity with Novade, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction methods, work execution, productivity, and project timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
