QA/QC Engineer [SL]

Conduct quality inspections to ensure materials, processes, and completed works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and production teams to meet project schedules and quality objectives.

Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Quality Assurance (QA) plans, and Quality Control (QC) procedures.

Develop inspection methods and procedures to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards.

Plan and conduct inspections at various stages of project execution.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the quality management system.

Review supplier and subcontractor documentation to verify compliance with relevant certifications and industry requirements.

Coordinate with engineering, production, and site teams to maintain quality standards.

Inspect incoming materials and completed works to identify defects and verify compliance with approved requirements.

Review inspection findings and analyse quality data to identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, audit plans, and technical documentation.

Ensure quality inspection activities comply with applicable workplace health and safety requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
