QA/QC Engineer
Job Description:
1, Preparing Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP).
2, Preparing the Test packs for all the tests performed.
3, Witness of welder qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test.
4, Knowledge of technical drawings such as P&ID and ISO Drawings.
5, Knowledge of Pre-Test Checklist, Punch list and Post-Test checklist.
6, Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings.
7, Monitoring Welding activities as per WPS
8, Review of approved WPS and PQR.
9, Monitoring of consumable storage, handling, packing and drying temperature as per project approved procedure.
10, Monitoring of Pre heat, interpass temperature and inter pass cleaning as per WPS.
11, Monitoring & follow up of Quality documents as per ISO standards.
12, Conduct material receiving inspection and verify Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and material traceability.
13, Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when required.
14, Coordinate with fabrication team, engineers, and client inspectors during inspection and quality audits.
15, Prepare and review of Quality Manual, Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan, Procedures and work-instructions, Method Statement, Test package and Final completion [as-built] documentation.
16, Supervising Welding and Coordinate all QC activities and liaising with Client / Contractor representatives.
17, Preparation of Technical analysis reports based on the inspection findings.
18, Keeping track of all generated Quality documents for the project and final compilation.
19, Maintain and update QA/QC reports and statistical data.
Requirement:
1, ASNT Level II Certifications.
2, CSWIP 3.1 Welding Certifications or AWS welding Certifications.
3, Diploma Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Any Degree.
4, Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience.
5, Experience working with semiconductor / cleanroom projects.
