QA/QC Inspector (Civil)

Summary

Performs on-site civil QA/QC inspections for roads, drainage, utilities, and pipelines, documenting tests and issuing non-conformance reports.

Inspect civil infrastructure works including earthworks, excavation, backfilling, compaction, roads, drainage systems, manholes, utilities, and pipelines.

Verify that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and construction procedures.

Witness and document material and site tests, raise IRs/MIRs/TRs, and maintain inspection records, test results, NCR logs, and quality reports.

Identify non-conforming works, issue NCRs, and follow up corrective and preventive actions through closure.

Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party testing agencies, and support final inspections, snagging, handover, and close-out activities.




Requirements


Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects.

Proven experience in roads, utilities, drainage, or large-scale infrastructure works.

Good knowledge of civil QA/QC inspections, testing, documentation, ITPs, method statements, and NCR processes.

Valid QA/QC-related certifications are preferred.
