About the role
Iman Temporing Illescas is looking for a QA/QC Laboratory Analyst for a company located in Yuncos to perform quality control tasks and analysis of plant and mining production, as well as factory products and raw materials used in manufacturing processes, according to established procedures and/or relevant technical documents and in compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, product quality, and production process efficiency standards of the plant, also being responsible for the basic maintenance of the equipment in the work area.
What you'll do
- Performing quality control tasks and analysis of plant and mining production
- Completing records of the various tests and quality controls carried out in the plant
- Preparation of quality certificates as needed
- Placement of production samples according to their classification
- Taking weekly average samples of each product
- Entering completed control reports into the computer system
- Preparation of samples for shipment
- Technical support and assistance to customers when required.
- Indicating and maintaining manufacturing guidelines in industrial trials
- Collaboration in Lean Sygma improvement projects
- FAMI QS, Production of products for animal feed
- HACCP, Control of critical points for products in contact with human food
- HALAL, KOSHER, ISO, UNE 22480
- Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the laboratory and warehouses
What we're looking for
- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Laboratory, Vocational Training (FP II) in Chemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position
- English B1
- Own car
- Immediate availability
What you'll get
- Initial temporary contract + permanent contract
- Salary according to the chemical industry collective agreement
- Schedule from Tuesday to Saturday in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
