Salary: SGD 8,500 to SGD 11,500 (Highly Negotiable)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a leading Japanese A1 Main Contractor delivering major building projects across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across large-scale Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use developments, ensuring construction works meet project, contractual and quality requirements.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage QA/QC activities and quality systems across building construction projects.
- Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and quality documentation with project teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct quality audits and monitor compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Manage non-conformance, corrective actions, defects and quality-related issues.
- Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to maintain quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or related discipline.
- Strong QA/QC experience within building construction projects.
- Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
- Good knowledge of construction quality standards, inspections, audits and documentation.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
