QA/QM Engineer (High-volume Semiconductor | MNC)
Summary
Oversee high-volume semiconductor quality processes, handle excursion management, and support audits and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for internal and external excursion management (MRB or Quality Claims)
- In-charge of customer data reporting
- Conduct quality related training
- Support customer survey and audits
- Responsible for continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Science
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proactive and Multi-tasking
- Good communication skills and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good working knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical techniques is preferably
- Auditing experience is an added advantage
- Understanding of system flow and database is an added advantage
