QA Salesforce Engineer responsible for developing and executing test cases for product quality, including test planning, manual testing for mobile/web applications, and bug tracking. Core technologies include Salesforce (Sales cloud, Service cloud) and Windows/Web application testing.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and execute test cases to ensure product quality. QA engineer responsibilities include test planning, test case development, manual testing for mobile / web applications. The responsibilities will also include monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
● Understand product requirements and: ○ Plan test cases/strategies ○ Develop test cases
● Conduct: ○ Manual testing ○ Test reporting ○ Bug tracking
● Coordinate with your project team, complete testing on time, report bugs and track them to closure.
● Take part in team standups, product review meetings, weekly meetings.
● Take the ownership of deliverables from QA side
● Guide the Junior QA with the needed details
● Understand the whole project top to end. Key Result Area
● Timely delivery of test cases and conduct required tests (regression/sanity) and release builds on time.
● Effective reporting of work and reports. Skill Set ● Hands-on experience of Windows/Web application testing.
Requirements
Position Profile - QA Engineer
● Hands-on experience with Salesforce. ○ Sales cloud ○ Service cloud
● Hands-on experience in test case development is a must.
● Any experience in test automation will be preferable.
● In depth knowledge in the integration testing.
● Good knowledge of STLC and test processes.
● Good at logical thinking.
● Good in communication skills.(written and verbal)
● Manage the tasks. Qualifications & Experience
● Graduated from a premier institute.
● 10th and 12th Grade: 80 percent ● B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree.
