QA Specialist – 2-Month Project
Summary
A two-month QA contract reviewing and approving B2B marketing creative assets (web, social, video banners, print/OOH) for brand consistency, accuracy and compliance, including cross-browser and device testing. Requires 4+ years of QA experience in a creative/marketing production environment.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join us for a two-month project, supporting the delivery of high-quality B2B marketing creative outputs. This role will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving campaign assets across digital, print, and multi-channel marketing environments, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, compliance, and production excellence throughout the project.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management and Design teams throughout project stages.
- Review layouts, functionality and content across websites, social posts, video banners and print/OOH designs.
- Check copy, imagery, colour, fonts and animation quality to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Test responsiveness and usability across Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, and across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Verify that every deliverable meets the approved brief and brand guidelines.
- Track and update testing reports, checklists and QA results.
- Identify and report issues clearly, and support Creative and Project Management teams in resolving them.
- Suggest improvements to optimise processes and workflows for future projects.
- Required Skills & Expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing messaging structures.
- Ability to spot brand tone inconsistencies.

- Confidence working with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters and Client Services.
- Process-driven approach and proactive mindset for improving workflows.
- 4+ years’ experience in a QA role within a creative agency, in-house marketing team or production studio.
- Proven experience quality-checking marketing materials.
- Experience working across integrated campaigns with multiple asset variations.
- Experience supporting high-volume production environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of brand governance within complex organisations.
- Good English communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Experience in regulated industries, such as aviation, healthcare, finance or technology.
- Experience working with global brand toolkits.
- Exposure to AI-generated creative and versioning workflows.
- Experience developing QA checklists and documentation frameworks.
