QA Specialist: Build Reliable ICT Solutions

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a QA Specialist to ensure the ICT solution meets its technical and functional requirements. You will design and implement test plans, identify test types (unit, integration, safety), and establish defect tracking procedures to guarantee a reliable user experience.

Key duties include coordinating testing activities with management, developing automated tests, and driving continual process improvements and sustainable development actions within the team.

Identify the types of tests to be performed (units, integration, safety). Design and implement test plans. Select and develop techniques and tools for tests. Define acceptance criteria for tests. Define procedures for analysis of results and reporting. Design and implement defect tracking and correction procedures. Promote learning and digital initiatives within the function; support innovations and efficiency improvements. Experience designing and executing test plans. Proficient in identifying test types (unit, integration, safety). Experience designing and implementing defect tracking and correction procedures. Ability to coordinate testing activities with managers.
