About The Company
Our client is a leading organization with a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives. They are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support the delivery of high quality applications and business critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Review business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios for new applications and enhancements.
Identify, track, and verify defects while working closely with development teams on resolutions.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
Monitor testing progress and provide clear updates on risks, issues, and test results.
Support release and post-deployment validation activities.
Maintain testing documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing.
Solid understanding of SDLC and experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or DevOps environments.
Hands-on experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality reporting.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar testing and project management tools.
Knowledge of test automation methodologies and best practices.
Experience supporting large-scale business applications or system implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Python or automation scripting is an advantage.
