About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA specialist to join our team in Gdańsk. This role is broader than a standard testing position. You will be expected to:
Test bug fixes and new features in our desktop, web and mobile applications.
Contribute to improving our QA processes and documentation in close cooperation with developers and product stakeholders.
Help maintain our global library of traffic control signs and templates by checking quality, identifying content that needs adjustments, and using internal tools to update or create library items.
Oversee our customer support process: verify reported issues and feedback, validate quality of documentation and ensure smooth communication between technical support and development teams.
Our software is CAD-like, visual, and detail-heavy, so QA requires more than following scripts. It requires curiosity, product understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to think through real user workflows. A strong sense of responsibility for product quality is crucial.
Please note that this is an office-based role, with limited flexibility for occasional remote work (up to 20% of working time).
Key Responsibilities
Test desktop, web, and mobile applications. Perform exploratory testing, reproduce bugs, validate fixes, and identify quality risks before release.
Help design and improve QA processes, test cases, regression areas, release checklists, etc.
Maintain traffic control sign and template libraries, including quality checks, regulatory updates, and new content creation.
Review, reproduce and validate user-reported issues and feedback to ****ensure users receive appropriate support.
Review feature and bug documentation for clarity, completeness, and testability.
Requirements
Experience in manual software testing (desktop, web or mobile).
Strong attention to detail, especially with visual elements and layouts.
Ability to think beyond individual test cases and understand broader product quality risks.
Solid understanding of QA processes and experience with improving them.
Curiosity about modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
Clear communication and confidence working with the development team.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience with CAD-like applications, vector graphics, mapping tools, GIS or other technical software.
Experience maintaining structured content libraries, templates, symbols or regulatory content.
Interest in traffic management, road safety, transportation and related areas.
