QA Specialist

Education/Licensure: College graduate, preferably Professional Food Technologists, BS Biology, BS Microbiology, BS Food Technology, BS Medical Technology, BS Chemistry or closely related field.

Work Experience/Exposure:

1. Preferably with working experience in Food Service, food processing preferably in poultry and meats processing.
2. Knowledgeable in Quality, Food Safety and HACCP Plan Development and Implementation.
3. Skilled in the auditing of a HACCP System is preferred.
4. Adaptability to different working conditions and can work with minimum supervision
