Summary
On-site QA staff role at Syngenta's Gunung Putri (Bogor) site, focused on incoming material quality: checking CoA documents for raw and packaging materials, running packaging tests, maintaining and periodically disposing of retained samples, and keeping quality documentation while implementing HSE and quality standards.
- Understand & implement Syngenta HSE & quality Policy & Standard.
- To follow the standard work instructions for quality incoming inspection document for raw material, packaging material, supporting data administration, retained sample and packaging testing.
Accountabilities:
- Implementation of HSE, Quality, & CAN-DO behaviour to all activities.
- Conduct packaging testing and supporting if any NPI in packaging.
- Conduct checking document incoming (CoA) for raw material and packaging material (compare between standard specification and COA received).
- Maintain retain samples, in an organized manner and periodically dispose of sample per company and customer specifications.
- Data and documentation for all incoming material, retained sample, production change over summary, and quality awareness summary.
- Support QA/QC supervisor for any production trial, raw material/packaging material testing, and related complaint issue.
- Minimum D4 qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA.
- Understands and follows standard operating procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of Syngenta regulations and standards.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
