About the Job The Late QA Supervisor’s role is to monitor, measure, and validate collection activities and to spot areas that need improvement to further enhance the current collection processes and increase performance. The role is made to determine compliance of collectors according to Collections standard processes and functions. What You’ll Do: <ul><li>Take charge in proactively spearheading projects related to process improvements</li><li>Fostering unity, harmony and camaraderie within the team.</li><li>Manage equal manpower distribution based on FTE</li><li>Ensures that current processes are based on preferred customer experience standards with fairness.</li><li>Assist in further validation of difficult dispute scenarios.</li><li>Report and submit teams’ daily, weekly and monthly performances related </li><li>Ensures good working relationship with stakeholders</li><li>A people manager who consistently oversees the holistic wellness of his people.
