QA Supervisor [SAS]

Oversee the preparation of Certificates of Analysis (COA) for outgoing products in accordance with approved procedures.

Ensure incoming and outgoing inspections are carried out according to established procedures.

Review and maintain ISO-related and departmental documentation under the QA section.

Review test data, update and verify Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, and monitor incoming inspection results.

Review and verify COA documents and test records prepared by QA Technicians.

Provide practical on-the-job training and guidance to QA Technicians.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve daily operational and quality issues.

Participate in Risk Assessment and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities.

Assist the QA Engineer with customer enquiries and quality complaint investigations.

Support external provider management and quality audits.
