The role ensures that all vehicles meet the company's quality standards before delivery, driving continuous improvement through inspections, root cause analysis, and team leadership. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence. ## Responsibilities - Supervise **Quality Control (QC)** and **Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)** operations for refurbished two-wheelers. - Ensure all vehicles **meet quality standards** and specifications prior to delivery. - Conduct **quality inspections** and **drive defect resolution** to maintain high product quality. - Perform **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** to identify issues and implement **corrective actions**. - Lead, mentor, and develop **QC** and **PDI teams** to enhance performance and adherence to standards. - Coordinate with **Production, Service, Paint, and Spares teams** to ensure seamless quality processes. - Maintain **quality reports**, ensure **Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)** compliance, and update records in **ERP systems**. ## Qualifications - **Educational Qualifications:** Diploma / BE / B.Tech in **Mechanical** or **Automobile Engineering**. - **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of **two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems**. - **Quality Management:** Hands-on experience in **QC**, **PDI**, **RCA**, **5S**, **Kaizen**, and **Lean practices**. - **Leadership & Communication:** Excellent **leadership**, **team management**, and **communication skills**. - **Tools & Software:** Proficiency in **MS Excel** and **ERP systems**. - **Experience:** 5–15 years in **Two-Wheeler Quality Control**, **Service**, **Refurbishment**, or **Manufacturing**. ## Preferred Skills - Experience working with **Two-Wheeler OEMs**, **Authorized Dealerships**, **Service Centers**, **Refurbishment Centers**, or **Automotive Manufacturing**. - Knowledge of **quality standards** specific to the automotive industry. - Familiarity with **Lean** and **Kaizen** methodologies for process improvement. ## Experience - **Minimum:** 5 years of relevant experience. - **Maximum:** 15 years, with a background in **quality assurance** within the two-wheeler or automotive sector. ## Environment - The role is based in **Hosur**. - The work environment involves **supervisory and coordination activities** across multiple departments. - The position may require **hands-on inspection** and **team leadership** in a manufacturing or refurbishment setting. ## Salary Not specified. ## GrowthOpportunities Not specified. ## Benefits Not specified.
