QA & Systems Integration Tester

Dikton S.r.l is seeking a QA/Testing professional to execute comprehensive test plans and validate software and firmware in real-world environments.

The role requires rigorous analysis, precise issue escalation, and hands-on support for installations and system integrations with cash recyclers and related cloud/server solutions. You will monitor transactions and POS integrations to ensure reliability.

Execute comprehensive test plans, including regression testing, capacity testing, and error simulation in real-world customer operational environments. Maintain a precise, analytical, and rigorous approach to highlight issues, bugs, and system anomalies early in the development lifecycle. Describe technical issues and edge cases with extreme clarity and precision to perform rigorous escalation to project development groups (Software/Firmware). Support software and firmware installations, configurations, and technical troubleshooting on cash recyclers and associated cloud/server solutions. Monitor cash transactions, acceptor feeds, cassette bill/coin count verifications, and POS system integrations.
