QA Team Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to own the quality of one of our product lines end to end. The role combines hands-on testing with team leadership, working closely with product, development and support to deliver reliable releases across hardware, backend, web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop the QA team assigned to the product, aligning engineers to tasks according to their skills and professional growth.
Build deep product and functional expertise, and serve as the quality reference point for the product line.
Design, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans, test suites and test cases.
Perform functional, regression and integration testing to identify defects and ensure product reliability.
Partner with development teams to investigate issues, verify fixes and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
Define and track quality metrics, and report release readiness to management.

Requirements

Proven experience leading or managing QA engineers.
Strong command of QA methodologies, processes and testing tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English.
Ownership mindset and a genuine commitment to product quality.

Advantage

Experience testing hardware or IoT products.
Experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and API testing.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
