- Monitor and record HACCP critical control points (CCP1: Free chlorine & acid, CCP2: Metal detectors)
- Monitor and record process control points (weights, defects, stems, PTI labels, temperatures, BBD verification, PO#/LOT verification, condensation, and disinfectant areas)
- Calibrate and verify all QA equipment
- Monitor and adjust metal detectors as required
- Ensure corrective actions are taken when products are out of compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Perform ATP testing, environmental swabs, and pre-operation inspections
- Conduct sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and company policies
- Be actively involved in internal and third-party audits
- Wash and disinfect equipment as required
- Collaborate with QA Supervisors and Production Supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Cold Storage Facility (34-36°F)
- Exposure to loud noise
- Some light lifting required
- Heavy forklift traffic
- Standing and walking required on concrete flooring
- Must work full shifts on the production floor
- Heavy lifting required (QA Techs may need to move 15-gallon chemical drums as needed)
