Responsibilities

  • Lead manual testing, regression testing and UAT across product releases.
  • Investigate and document defects, creating clear and actionable Jira tickets.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Support test automation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in QA, software testing or a hybrid QA/Business Analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect management.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and organisational skills.
