Responsibilities
- Lead manual testing, regression testing and UAT across product releases.
- Investigate and document defects, creating clear and actionable Jira tickets.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Support test automation and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in QA, software testing or a hybrid QA/Business Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect management.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and organisational skills.
