QA Technician - Jurong West

Job Scope:

Perform in-process quality checks on the production line — visual inspection, dimensional checks, functional/electrical testing of battery cells

Conduct simple quality tests: voltage checks, casting/pasting inspections, curing checks

Record and maintain QA documentation (hard copy and electronic), inspection logs, and test results

Flag non-conforming products/materials to supervisors/engineers for disposition

Support root-cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) for defects

Assist QA Engineers with data collection, trending, and reporting

Ensure compliance with the plant's Quality Management System (ISO standards) and safety/PPE requirements

Work across shifts (manufacturing plants like this typically run rotating or fixed shift patterns, including overtime)
