Your Job
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support the quality function through testing, inspection, data collection, and documentation, helping ensure products and processes meet quality standards. You will be a hands-on contributor to product quality and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
• Perform testing, inspection, and measurement of products and processes
• Support gauge calibration, control, and maintenance
• Collect, record, and analyze quality data (SPC, defects, yields)
• Maintain quality records, documentation, and reports
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and audits
• Assist with process and quality system improvements
• Verify adherence to quality procedures and standards on the floor
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• 1-3 years of quality or technical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
• Proficiency with measuring and test equipment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience with CMM, test equipment, or metrology
• Familiarity with SPC, calibration systems, and quality tools
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or IATF 16949
• Experience in electronics, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
