  • Hours: Week 1 - 6 days Sunday to Friday from 9am to 17:30pm Week 2 - 4 days Monday to Thursday from 09am to 17:30pm
  • Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE
  • Industry: Health & Nutrition

Based onsite at our prestigious client, this is role is focused on driving the Quality Assurance of great and consistent product quality whilst upholding the ongoing processes to make sure that standards are met.

  • Conduct targeted product inspections across own label products to ensure they deliver to the agreed specifications
  • Conduct Depot Hygiene Audits at established frequencies
  • Conduct sampling of products to asses taste profile across a wide range of food categories
  • Inputting data and analysis into unique computer systems

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in:

  • Food systems and Quality Assurance
  • Working in large depots
  • Food manufacturing systems
  • Using Excel and warehouse systems

Essential Qualifications / Knowledge:

  • HACCAP
  • Food hygiene certifications
  • Temperature legislation / equipment / monitoring systems
