QA Test Auto Engineer / Central / IT / Up to SGD 5.5k!
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled QA Test Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise web applications built on Angular and .NET Core. Working closely with our R&D team, you will drive quality assurance through efficient automated and manual testing strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain automated UI regression testing frameworks using Playwright for Angular apps.
Develop automated test scripts for end-to-end web application and API testing (using tools like Postman).
Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Perform backend database validation and test data management using PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
Handle manual, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT) when needed.
Log, track, and manage software bugs while participating actively in Agile/Scrum team ceremonies.
Requirements
Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of hands-on software test automation experience.
Tech Stack: Proven experience with Playwright, API testing tools, and SQL querying (PostgreSQL / SQL Server).
Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of enterprise application testing methodologies. Background testing HR or Financial management systems is a strong advantage.
Nice-to-Haves: ISTQB certification, BDD practices, or experience with Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
