QA Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application functionalities and identify testing needs. - Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality. - Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution. - Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and testing. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer, preferably in the banking domain. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. - Knowledge of KYC processes and onboarding procedures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
