QA / Test Engineer

About the Role As QA / Test Engineer, you'll protect the quality of everything we ship. You'll test websites, web apps, and mobile apps before they reach users, catch issues early, and help build a culture where quality is everyone's job.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing across browsers, devices, and operating systems
• Report bugs clearly, with steps to reproduce, and verify fixes
• Build and maintain automated tests where appropriate
• Run regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing before releases
• Test performance, accessibility, and basic security considerations
• Work with developers and project managers to prioritize and close issues
• Maintain QA documentation and improve testing processes

Required

• 1 to 3 years in software testing or QA, candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as we offer a comprehensive (and intensive) 3 month training programme
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and bug tracking
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar
• Clear written communication when reporting issues
• Legally able to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or PR only)

Nice to Have

• Test automation experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
• Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android
• Basic API testing (Postman)
• ISTQB or similar certification
• Basic SQL or scripting skills
