QA Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Perform camera tests in both image labs and real-world environments.
Conduct camera database captures.
Serve as a portrait model for camera testing and database capture activities.
Organize test results and image databases.
Manage and maintain image databases.
Write simple scripts to automate testing processes.
Write test procedures and documentation in English.
Occasionally work during nights or weekends to support camera testing activities.
Travel to Hsinchu, Taoyuan, or Taipei for testing activities when required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of basic camera operation and camera settings.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
Good communication skills.
Strong English writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Photography experience and understanding of image quality.
Familiarity with Linux environments.
Familiarity with imaging systems, including optics, sensors, ISP, and related technologies.

Travel is generally same-day round trip with no overnight stay required.
Business travel expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.
