The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a leading global bank to look for a Quality Assurance Lead
Starts off as a 9 months contract
At Changi

Key Accountabilities

Manage backlog & stakeholder, clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross functional team to deliver together
Gather detailed requirement from business lead for analysis, collaborate with stakeholders for UI of signoff CJ, Data requirement, copytext, notifications templates, review for error scenarios etc
Work closely with development to clarify requirements & ensure priorities are clear and provide SME knowledge where required
Create the release plan with scrum master, with details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, entry and exit criteria to implementation approach
Manage sprint activities from sprint grooming, prioritisation, refinement, demo and related ceremonies
Oversee delivery execution from QA resourcing, quality, sprint demo, status reporting from velocity to aging tickets and escalation where required.
Manage allocated testing budget
Provide UAT signoff against agreed exit criteria and track agreed open items
Prepare Go Live plan, soliciting for LV support, arrange for KT to touchpoint and BAU support
Support GO Live implementation and post production issues from troubleshooting, investigation
