QA Test Manager

Position: QA Test Manager

Client: Direct Client

Duration: 12+ Months (with high possibility of extension in FY)

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles

• 11+ years of hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing.

• 11+ years of experience leading functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing, with validation of end-to-end workflows across clinical and administrative roles.

• 11+ years of experience leading validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems, including validation of patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.

• 11+ years of experience in coordinating testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts.

• 11+ years of experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence.

• 11+ years of strong functional testing experience with EHR or healthcare SaaS platforms.

• 11+ years of experience coordinating testing activities with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.

• 11+ years of experience in creating and maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence

• 11+ years of proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira.

• 11+ years of experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

• 8+ years of prior experience with EHR implementations (clinical, pharmacy, billing workflows)

• 6+ years of knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/A, ICD, and CPT, as applicable.

• 6+ years of understanding of HIPAA, privacy, security, and government healthcare compliance requirements.

• Experience supporting state or public sector healthcare systems.
