QA Tester & Analayst
We're recruiting Quality Assurance Testers for UK and USA tech companies—fintech, SaaS, gaming, and more.

The Recruitment Process (Be Honest with Yourself)
This isn't a standard job application. We filter hard because our reputation depends on placing reliable people. Here's what you're signing up for:
Step 1: Initial English Call (15 minutes)
You'll have a live call with me in English
We'll discuss your QA background, experience level, and why you're interested
This is a real conversation test—we need clear communicators
Requirement: C1 English minimum (fluent, professional communication)
If you're not comfortable speaking English in a real-time call, don't apply
Step 2: Loom Video Recording (if you pass the call)
If the call goes well, we'll send you 5-6 questions to answer on video (Loom)
Questions include:
Tell us about your QA experience (years, types of testing, tools)
What's your education background?
What salary are you expecting for a remote UK/USA role?
Why do you want to work in QA?
Describe a bug you found—how did you document it?
You record yourself answering these (takes 10-15 mins)
No retakes—we want to see how you think in real-time
Step 3: Join Our Pool
Once we have your video + call notes, you're in our candidate pool
We pitch you to companies when the right role opens
They interview you directly (1-2 rounds typically)
If hired, you start work
What We're Looking For:
2+ years QA/testing experience (manual testing, test automation, doesn't matter which)
C1 English (professional, clear communication—this is non-negotiable)
Attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
Organized thinker (clear documentation, logical approach)
Self-motivated (you don't need handholding)
Salary Range:
$1,000–$2,000/month depending on your background and the role.

Requirements
2+ years of QA/testing experience (manual testing, automation, or both)
Professional English communication (C1 level minimum)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify bugs accurately
Experience with test case design and documentation
Proficiency in bug reporting and clear issue description
Knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools)
Web application testing experience
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable with remote work and asynchronous communication
Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver
Willing to participate in live English call (15 minutes) and video recording (Loom)
Available to start within 2-3 weeks
