QA Tester (AWS + English)

About the role

We are looking for a QA Tester profile with experience in the banking sector and Cloud environments to join high-impact technological projects in the banking sector.

What we're looking for

• More than 2 years of experience in QA Testing roles, preferably within the banking sector.

• AWS Console (S3, CloudWatch, Connect, etc.): Active use for testing, log analysis, incident resolution, and monitoring system behavior.

• Test Management with Jira + Xray: Creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases, defect tracking, and import/organization via CSV/Excel files.

• Version control and repositories: Familiarity with GitHub and test automation environments, management of test data (PIDs, products, customers), and support scripts.

• API Testing and methodologies: Knowledge in API testing, execution of automated tests, and E2E (End-to-End) and Regression methodologies.

• Agile Environments: Working under agile methodologies and participation in their usual ceremonies (use of Jira and Confluence).

• Customer Management / CRM: Knowledge in testing customer management platforms (e.g., NeoCRM, DORA) and validation of the customer lifecycle.

• Languages: High / conversational English (essential).

How you'll work

• Hybrid modality in Madrid (2 days remote work + 3 in client offices).

• Working day: 40h weekly (8h daily) from September to June, and intensive summer schedule of 35h weekly (7h daily).
