QA Tester

Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱60,000 per month

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Strong hands-on experience with Katalon Studio for test automation.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, software testing lifecycle, and defect management.

• Experience with manual and automated testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of API testing and web application testing is an advantage.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio.

• Identify, document, track, and validate software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to investigate and resolve issues.

• Perform test execution across different environments and ensure application functionality meets requirements.

• Participate in requirements reviews and provide input on testability and potential risks.

• Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, and testing activities.

• Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.
