QA Tester

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and report defects clearly and effectively.
• Conduct regression and functional testing to ensure new changes do not introduce issues.
• Document testing processes, defects, and outcomes to maintain comprehensive testing records.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide QA insights and status updates.
• Advocate for quality best practices and help improve testing procedures and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and bug reports.
• Experience with web technologies, mobile platforms, and cross-browser testing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
